  Products and Personalisation
  Many of our products are customised according to the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All spelling, dates, and personalisation details are correct

  • Uploaded images or content are accurate and suitable for use

  • You have permission to use any content submitted

  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

  Once production has begun, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, size, alignment, or finish may occur due to screen differences, production methods, or material characteristics.
 
   Orders and Contract Formation
  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only when your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • There is a pricing or product error

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

  • The product is unavailable

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

  All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment must be made in full before production begins.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
